On April 17, Mattel Children's Hospital UCLA presented the inaugural Kaleidoscope Ball at the Beverly Hills Hotel to benefit the UCLA Children's Discovery and Innovation Institute (CDII). The event raised nearly than $1.8 Million.
More than 20 of the most prominent award-winning visionaries from the world of design and architecture have come together to create 10 extraordinary dollhouses, featuring the style and sophistication of these designers' life-sized projects. Renowned designer James Magni invited Otoniel Solis to participate with him in the design and construction of one of the dollhouses for this noble cause to benefit the UCLA Children's Discovery and Innovation Institute.
