On April 27, 2010 A+D Museum in Los Angeles hosted CELEBRATE 2010, a Grand Opening Exhibit and inaugural Fundraising Event to celebrate the newly established Museum, a select group of Los Angeles’ preeminent architects and designers whose support of A+D has enabled our move to become a firmly situated cultural institution.
Renowned architects, artists and designers were invited to create innovative works from an A+D designed kit for silent auction and exhibit at the Museum. One of them, designer James Magni invited Otoniel Solis to collaborate in this endeavor, submitting together a sculpture that was among the highest sold at the auction for the new A+D Museum.
