Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to initiate orders. all balances, including any freight charges, are due prior to shipping.
Due to the custom nature of our product, all orders cancelled after 5 days from receipt of purchase order and deposit are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the product’s net selling price.

All orders will be acknowledged in writing after the order is processed. please review the order acknowledgement carefully to insure accurate interpretation of the specifics of the order. Otoniel Solis inc should be notified immediately of any discrepancies. The acknowledgement must be signed and returned to otoniel solis inc before any work will be started on the order.
Prices are F.O.B. Los Angeles [unless otherwise noted].

Lead times
Standard lead time is 12 weeks for all items. the lead time is calculated starting upon the date that all of the following are received: 1. Payment for 50% 2. Receipt of com/col 3. Approved finish sample, if applicable 4. Approved shop drawing, if applicable 5. A signed acknowledgement listing all specifications, if it's a custom order Please remember that lead times, quoted completion dates, and quoted delivery dates are estimates only. due to the handcrafting of our product, Otoniel Solis inc can not be held responsible for late deliveries.

All shipping, handling, crating, and packaging charges are additional. the customer pays these costs. we encourage customers to make their own shipping arrangements. when requested, otoniel solis inc can quote shipping and related costs. these charges will be included in the final invoice.

Damage in transit
Title to the merchandise passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the freight carrier. otoniel solis inc is not responsible for damages, whether concealed or visible, incurred in transit. Otoniel Solis inc is not responsible for damage after the transportation company has accepted the merchandise in good order. Claims for damage should be filed immediately, in writing, with the delivering carrier. All claims for loss or damage to merchandise while in transit must be made by the consignee/receiver and settled with the carrier.

Otoniel Solis inc warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of receipt by customer or receiving warehouse, whichever is sooner. This warranty does not apply to breakage resulting from misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, mishandling, or wear resulting from normal use. Defective products will be replaced within the normal production time period required to reorder and manufacture the same product. Otoniel Solis inc does not warrant finishes against fading and oxidizing.

Balances due / Storage fees
As an order approaches completion, we will bill for the balance due including any shipping, packaging, and insurance charges.If applicable, balances due should be paid within ten working days from invoice date to avoid delays in shipping.

Due to the limited space at our facility, we require completed orders to be picked up within 15 days of completion. Commencing on the 16th day, We charge 2% of the sales price per calendar week, or any fraction thereof for storage. We also reserve the right to transfer merchandise to a commercial storage warehouse with the drayage and storage charges in the name of the purchaser. All storage and transportation charges must be paid before merchandise will be released. Please call to verify the total storage fees due prior to picking up stored merchandise.

If payment in full has not been received within 90 days of final invoice, Otoniel Solis inc reserves the right to retain the merchandise and to declare a forfeiture of the deposit as liquidation damages. Otoniel Solis inc retains title to all merchandise until fully paid for by the customer.

Although we strive to consistently match our finish samples to the final product, all otoniel solis inc items are finished individually by hand and therefore slight variations in color, tone and texture will occur. no guarantee can be made of an exact match. if requested, a sample of any of our finishes will be provided once the 50% deposit for an order has been received. All samples must be returned, along with the accompanying approval form signed by the purchaser, before the order can proceed.

Dimensions are given to the nearest half-inch. Because all items are made and assembled by hand, measurements may vary slightly from those stated. Dimensions are provided as a general reference only.

Return shipments
Return shipments will not be accepted without written authorization from Otoniel Solis inc. Any returns without such authorization will be refused.

Change orders
All change orders must be submitted to otoniel solis inc in writing. Written acknowledgement from Otoniel Solis inc is required before a change order can be considered to be received.
